We are unable to offer refunds on custom made blinds - so please be careful when measuring especially on bay windows.

Delivery of the blind must be signed for and the box checked for damage.  A delivery date will be agreed with you before the blind is sent out.  If the blind is damaged in any way once it has been signed for and delivered or left at unattended premises Calico Blinds cannot be held responsible for this.

As all blinds are made to measure full payment is required with your order.  Orders can only be accepted in writing using the work sheets provided.

You might find that depending on the fabric your blind might shrink slightly due to the varying humidity. Calico Blinds cannot be held responsible for this shrinkage.

Calico Blinds cannot be held responsible for any fabric flaws, pattern matching defects or off grain fabric.  As your blind is a flat piece of fabric any flaws or pattern which will not match accurately or is off grain will be obvious when your blind is pulled down.  Hand woven checked fabric can be difficult to pattern match and having single width blinds side by side might not align properly.
