Interlined blind softened with curtains

Typical Victorian house - curtains used in the bay windows with a roman blind for the small window in the same room.  A curtain wouldn't look right in this window as it would take up too much space.

This was an old blind I made for a client that wasn't big enough for the windows of their new house so I remade it with borders added to make it fit!

Blind is fitted on the top of the architrave which is a great idea for minimising the gap at the side of the blind.  When the blind is down you can see how narrow the gap is by fitting it above the architrave.  Bespoke made to measure roman blinds made in your fabric
